These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Prepaid888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "prepaid888") governing your access to and use of the prepaid888 website located at https://prepaid888.cam, including all services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the prepaid888 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an account on prepaid888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Prepaid888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts that fail to satisfy these criteria.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on prepaid888. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event that any details change after registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account. Prepaid888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prepaid888 may at any time, and shall at the point of your first withdrawal request, require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Prepaid888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT via the TRC20 network. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your prepaid888 account on an essentially instantaneous basis under normal operating conditions. Deposits via FPX bank transfer are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits require blockchain confirmation and are generally credited within 15 to 30 minutes.

5.2 Deposit Currency

The primary transaction currency on prepaid888 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. Prepaid888 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument or account that is registered in your own name. Prepaid888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where both holders are not registered prepaid888 players, or any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the prepaid888 account portal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction unless otherwise specified.

6.1 KYC Requirement

Your first withdrawal request will trigger our standard KYC verification process. Documents requested must be submitted within 72 hours of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this window may result in delay or cancellation of the withdrawal request.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing before completion of the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated by that bonus.

6.4 Right to Review

Prepaid888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly where the requested amount is unusually large or where the account has triggered fraud detection protocols. Such reviews may extend processing times by up to 5 business days.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion — typical ranges are between 10x and 35x the bonus amount. Specific wagering multipliers are stated clearly on each promotion page.

7.2 Eligible Games

Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% of each stake towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Progressive jackpot slots may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.

7.3 Bonus Validity

Bonuses are subject to validity periods from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance not used and any associated wagering requirement not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. 7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. 7.5 Abuse of Promotions

Systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") is prohibited. Prepaid888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any winnings, and suspend any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference from the Platform. Prepaid888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — in cases where the bet has been placed on erroneously published odds, where the outcome of the event is already known at the time of placing, or where the bet appears to have been placed using prohibited methods.

8.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation of the event before completion of the minimum required play time, force majeure events, verifiable technical errors in odds display, or material errors in event information. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the prepaid888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, engage in fraudulent transactions, or process funds on behalf of any third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting syndicate activity.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to access, bet on, or otherwise interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes, chargeback claims, or reversal requests with your payment provider in bad faith after placing bets or claiming bonuses.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one prepaid888 account, whether under your own identity or under false or third-party identities.

Prepaid888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prepaid888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss incurred as a result of technical downtime, game malfunctions, delayed withdrawal processing, or any force majeure event.

In all circumstances, prepaid888's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Prepaid888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of malicious software. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the prepaid888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of prepaid888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any prepaid888 content without prior written authorisation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prepaid888 is incorporated and licensed to operate. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of each amendment.
